I Never Thought I Would...
miss school. But I kind of do. Yesterday as I thought about everyone starting school again and school supply shopping and sitting in a classroom all day listening to a teacher (and some of the more vocal kids) and tests and deadlines and lots of reading and research papers and book reports and heavy textbooks to carry around and procrastination and... well I just thought how much I missed it.... but that didn't last very long ;)

This was the first year I didn't get notalgic for school supply shopping. No need to buy new crayons, mechanical pencils, markers, notebooks, etc. Probably because nothing went on a really good sale this year.
Never have felt that way about actually attending school.
Please fix the misspelled word if you can. Thanks.
Man! I should have just given you the PTA school supply shopping list. That would have cured you of that urge completely. :)

Life was so much less complicated and far simpler than life as an adult. Do I miss school days? Absolutely.
I start missing school every year when the weather starts to turn cool. Honestly, if I were rich I would be a perpetual student. I really truly miss being a student.
